Nightingale Nurses Day in Kidney Disease Hospital

Yesterday is May 12, international Nightingale Nurses Day, which is to be in honor of Nightingale, a great women who established the first nurse school and influenced people all around the world for her devotion to human beings. On this day, nurses are respected very much for their care for the patients.
In Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital, China, we also celebrated Nightingale Nurses Day. The patients all show their love and thanks for their nice nurses. The leaders also give gifts to all nurses and thanked them and they also gave rewards to those who perform best this year.
When it comes to the word nurse, we will all think of a word devotion. In Shijiazhuang kidney disease hospital, international department, we have patients from all over the world such as Greece, America and New Zealand, etc. After they are discharged, they will have a nurse to take care of them. The nurses learn English even after work to be a good interpreter for their patients for they know that successful communication in English is very essential. Only in this way, can they give the best service for friends from all over the world.
One patient was from grace one year ago, who was diagnosed with PKD. He went to China for he heard that Micro-Chinese Medicine can shrink cysts without any side effects. His nurse is Miss Jing. Miss Jing can communicate with him in English fluently, which makes it convenient when he wanted to go to supermarket and so on. Jing reminded him to take in medicine on time every day and also reminded him what food is good or bad for his cysts treatment. For example, Jing will list food which will stimulate the cysts such as sea food, pepper and so on.

When this patient would leave, he was not so happy although the cysts shrank for he will also say goodbye to Jing, who took care of him so much.
