How does diabetes develop into kidney disease ( Diabetic Nephropathy)? In clinic, most diabetes patients will develop into kidney disease ( Diabetic Nephropathy) if not controlled well. 4. Take more exercise to lose weight. Obesity is a factor which leads to severe diabetes.
