● Dietary habits: Eating foods which are low in protein and fat may help to reduce your risk for CKD. In addition, salty foods will increase the morbidity of high blood pressure and thus cause CKD. Therefore, try to eat less salty foods also is necessary.
● Medicine abuse: Some medicines are toxic to our kidneys, so medicine abuse will increase the risk for CKD. As to these medicines which are harmful to our kidneys, if we need to take them, then we should get the administration or direction of doctors.
