Firstly Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) is something needs to be considered
seriously. It is due to the fact that cysts on kidney may grow gradually and become very large later. Large cysts can cause many problems, including symptoms such as back or belly pain, blood in urine (hematuria); complications such as high blood pressure, end stage kidney disease which is life threatening; rupture of cysts which can also cause other problems, etc. This is why we should avoid the developing of the cysts.

Other stimulating factors include smoking, coffee and de-caf, green tea, too salty food, etc. do all those things can help you a lot to prevent developing of Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). hence it is advisable to quit drinking.
