avoided. A sodium intake of less than 5mg is sufficient for us to stay
healthy.

One needs to consume protein to keep oneself healthy, but not in excess.
Mainly, meat, fish and dairy products are the main sources of protein. The limit
for daily intake is 0.75g per kilogram of one’s total body weight.
Phosphorus List of Food That Is Good for Stage 4 CKD
Phosphorus consumption for normal people is 2.7-4.6mg/dL. Anything containing
phosphorus more than that amount should be reduced. Generally, beer and cold
drink, cocoa related beverages and nuts and beans types should be avoided.
Fluids Protein Limits for CKD Stage 4 Patients
For normal people, the intake of fluids is essential, however, fluid intake
must be watched for Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) patients. Fluids more than 1.4L
