To what extent can Micro-chinese medications take their effects? As severity of disease varies, the article will illustrate it through following three stages:
1. Pathological damages stage due to immune responses. In this stage, renal fibrosis has contributed severe damages to intrinsic cells and affected glomerular filtration membrane. Permeability of the filtration membrane has been increased and engenders proteinuria(Proteinuria and Kidney Disease) and hematuria(Hematuria and Kidney Disease). The features involve severe damages of inflammation, no conspicuous symptoms, being hard to be noticed, being missed diagnosis easily, because compensatory filtration of glomerulus is still strong and metabolized toxin could be discharged fast.
