Symptoms of Chronic Glomerular Nephritis

Glomerular nephritis is inflammation of the tiny filters in Glomerular of your kidneys. It caused by the damage of Glomerular in your kidneys which help filter waste and fluids from the blood. Glomerular remove excess fluid, electrolytes and waste from your bloodstream and pass them into your urine. There are group of primary glomerular diseases caused by various diseases. Different degrees manifest different clinical symptoms and the process. Most patients with Chronic Nephritis don’t have very obvious symptoms at an early stage. The common symptoms may occur as follows:
1. High blood pressure
Most patients with Chronic Nephritis develop high blood pressure sooner or later. High blood pressure is likely to be the first manifestation of chronic nephritis in some patients. Headache, insomnia, declined memory may occur in some patients. Blood pressure can be elevated persistently.
2. Foamy urine
Almost all patients with chronic nephritis have abnormal urine analysis. The protein in urine is about 1-3g/d. Also there are patients of Chronic Glomerular Nephritis who have larger amount of protein like more than 3.5g/d occasionally, blood in sugar can occur.
3. Swell
Almost all patients will suffer from swell in different degrees. Slight swell is in the eyelid, and face or ankle. Sever swell can be in the whole body. It is an obvious signs damaged in your kidney.
4. Anemia
At the early stage of chronic nephritis, slight anemia is likely to be occurred. At the end stage, severe anemia can occur due to the severe kidney damage causing reduced hemopoietin. The damage to your kidney will great heavier and you should adopt some measures as soon as possible.
