It is pointed out by experts that eating fruit at once after meal may lead to
diabetes. The reasons are as follows:
1. If people have fruit after meal immediately, it will give pancrease more
burden and increase the toxins in the body. It is one leading factor of
diabetes.
2. Generally, after meal is taken in the stomach, it will take 1 to 2 hours
to be digested. If the fruit is taken in too early, they will be difficult to be
digested for there is also protein and fat and so on to be digested in the
stomach.
3. To lower blood sugar or avoid the rise of blood sugar, you should take in
fruits 2 hours after the meal. Food such as onion, sweet tomato, taro, and so on
all can lower blood sugar.
