Case Analysis on Kidney Disease
Doctor in charge: Liu Jiande
Patient: He Zhiqiang, Male, 39 yrs, from Barding Hebei Province.
Cause: intermittent nausea, vomit, inappetence.
Diagnosis: glomerulonephritis, renal insufficiency of uremia stage, chronic
anemia, renal hypertension.
Treatment: When patient came to our hospital, having symptoms, including
cough, nausea, inappetence, be glustered sometimes, sense of suppression in the
chest, dizzy, and so on. There is swollen on double eyelid and lower limbs. The
highest Cr is up to 680umol/L. Physical Examination: pulmonary respiration
sounds rough, but without hearing some coarse rales. While systole, blowing
murmur I degree could be heard on auscultatory valve area. Blood pressure,
150/90mmHg. After admission, the patient was given Micro-Chinese Medicine and
other symptomatic treatment about 20 days. Then, Cr examination:
540umol/L,BUN5.4mmol/L,hemoglobin 90g/L. Sediment in urine increase, urine color
become deeper, foam increase, symptoms relieve, no cough, nausea, vomit, and
good appetite. Blood pressure is maintained between 120/80-110/70mmHg. No
uncomfortable complaint without taking hypotensor after discharge. Illness
condition is stable in the following 2 months visit.
Comment: through the three treating process of invigorate blood, remove
stasis, and regenerate, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can dilate renal
artery vessels, make blood flow speed up, improve peripheral blood circulation,
and play effect of depressurization. Without taking hypotensor, renal
hypertension becomes normal. After improvement of renal and general
micro-circulation, mucousedema of chest, nausea, and vomit disappear. Appetite
becomes good, renal blood circulation is improved, renal structure recover,
elimination of toxicant strengthens, and serum creatinine(High Creatinine Levels) decreases.
