Most people may not have severe symptoms until their kidney disease is
advanced. However, you may notice that you have these following superficial
symptoms.
1. fell more tired and have less energy
2. have trouble concentrating
3. have a poor appetite
4. have muscle cramping at night
5. have swollen feet and ankles
6. have puffiness around your eyes, especially in the morning
7. need to urinate more often, especially at night
Anyone can get Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) at any age. However, some people
are more likely than others to develop kidney diseases. You have an increased
risk for kidney diseases if you these following diseases.
1. diabetes
2. high blood pressure
3. have a family history of chronic kidney diseases
4. belong to a population group that has a high rate of diabetes or high
blood pressure, such as African American, Hispanic Americans. Asian and American
Indians.
