For a patient with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD), it often need to take four
medical tests including blood urine test, urine routine test, renal function
examination, renal ECT, in order to diagnose which stage CKD they are suffering
from. And urine routine test is essential medical test, because the main
symptoms urine protein and occult blood can be detected though the test. Then
how to analyze urinalysis?
Laboratory test report of urine of common people:
1.Color, normal value: yellow. 2.Urine protein, normal value: negative or
microscale. 3.Red blood cells(RBC), normal value: 0-2/hpf. 4.White blood
cells(WBC), normal value: 0-2/hpf. 5.Specific Gravity, normal value: variable.
6. Turbidity, normal value: clear. 7.Sugar, normal value: negative. 8.Reaction,
normal value: negative. 9.About Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital
These first eight items are the common detections of urinalysis, and there
are also some other detections in different countries, such as Epithelial cells,
Bacteria, Yeast Cell, and so on.As for the diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease,
we often refer to the detections of urine protein and red blood cell.
1. Urine protein: If urine protein is more than 150-200mg/24hs, this
condition is called as Proteinuria. "Negative"means normal urine. "+-"means
microscale Proteinuria. "+" means mild Proteinuria. "++"means moderate
Proteinuria. "+++" means severe Proteinuria. "++++" means utmost severe

2. Hematuria: Hematuria is another main symptom of Chronic Kidney Disease.
According to the concentration of red blood cells in urine, Hematuria can be
divided into Gross Hematuria and Microscopic Hematuria. Gross Hematuria: Urine
color is like meat washing water. There is 1ml blood in per 100ml urine. It is
easy to be seen by eyes. Microscopic Hematuria(Hematuria and Kidney Disease): 0-3 red blood cells can be seen
through microscope. If there are more red cells, it means abnormity.Proteinuria and Kidney Disease
For patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, if there are Proteinuria
continuously, they should take notice. The leaking protein out of blood can
aggravate disease condition fast. Leaking protein can induce inflammatory
factors to invade renal cells and make them infected. Therefore, if patients
find urine protein, they should take timely treatment to avoid worsening
disease.
