Symptoms of Diabetic Nephropathy in Different Levels

Diabetic Nephropathy is one of the Chronic Kidney Disease, and if Patients with this kind of kidney disease do not receive treatment timely, it will run to the end stage of Chronic Kidney Disease. Diabetic Nephropathy can be separated into five stages. Each stage has different pathological changes which will cause different symptoms.
In the first stage, patients with Diabetic Nephropathy can not feel any discomfort. Through renal function test, glomerular filtration rate can be found to have increased, which result from the hypertransfusion station of glomeruli.
In the second stage of Diabetic Nephropathy, there are no distinct symptoms. The urine protein excretion of patients is normal at rest with a rate lower than twenty microgramme per minute. However, after patients do some exercises, there will be more proteinin their urine. In this stage, patients’ glomerular filtration rate can keep in a high level or decrease to normal state. If patients do renal biopsy during this stage, the early pathological change can be found.
The third stage is also called early stage of Diabetic Nephropathy.
